Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.72 of 2OZS dated 03.O1 .ZOZS, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioners seeking etectricity service connection to petitioners subject premises and 3 \vP 2124 2;;; further to consider the request of the petitioners for release of electricity service connection to the petitioners in accordance to law, in respect of petitioners subject propelty, the Plot Nos'1289 & 1290 in Survey No.1,1,127, admeasuring 5OO sq. yards situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal' Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shalt be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated Lz.Og.2Ot2 passed in Writ Petition No'2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
