For promotion to the next trtgher cadrc i.c., District Accounts Ofhcer, the petltionel' is requtrccl to Pass n vtlt )t{)4 2025 departmenkrl tcst in Divisional Test Paper- 1 (Paper Cocle No.O3O). Therefore. thr: petit-ioner applied for the said test in Mav 2023 scssion and appeared for the Computer Based Test.

However, treating thc said option as incorrect, the petitior-rer was not awarded onc rnark lbr the question. As a result, the petitioner is short o[ onc mark. After publication of the results, the petitioner madc a representation to respondent No.2 on lB.l2.2O24.justifving that option No.2 is correct based on page No.243 of Intermediatc First Year Accountancv book by Telangana State Board of' lntermediatc Education, Telugu Academy and also Financial Accounting-l lor B.Com. and requested to appoint a third partv Expert Committee.
