With the consent of both the learned counsel and without going into the merits of the rival contentions put- forth by both the learned counsel on record, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Agent to Government Bhadradri Kothagudem to dispose of the main suit in O.S.No.314 of 2023 itself on merits in accordance to law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
