'.2. Heard Sri Udit Naayan, learned counsel, representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. T. Swetcha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondent Nos.l to 5. Perused the material available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consi.deration, learnec: counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to responrlent Nos.3 to 5 to examine and pass orders on her 3 EVV,J W.P.No.2l20 o12024 (1 application No.2300 161404 dated 15- 1 l-2O23 pending before respondent authorities

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that considerable time would be taken consideration of petitioner's application No.23OO l6L4O4 dated l5-ll-2o23 and for passing \ \ appropriate orders.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 to pass appropriate orders on the application No.23o0l6l4o4 dated 15-11-2023 submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, after conducting thorough enqui.y, issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and all interested witnesses and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiousty as possible, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this ,r 4 EVV,J W.P.No.2l20 of 2024

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
