2. It is stated that the petitioner's late husband was the pattadar of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 0.07 guntas in Survey No. 1383/A, Ac. O.72 guntas in Survey No. 1385/A, totalling Ac. O. 19 guntas, situated at Jagityal Revenue Village and Mandal, Jagityal District (for short, the subject land'). It is further stated that the name of the petitioner's husband was recorded as pattadar as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and Rules made thereunder and issued pattadar passbook uide PassLrook No.291927 and Patta No.266O. It is further stated that after the death of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner has made an online application uide Application No.240O0OO3 1O daLed 06.O1.2024 requesting to mutate her name in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar passbooks as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short, 'the ROR Act,2O2O'1.

Learned counsel lor the petitioner stated that the subject land held b-y her husband has devolved upon the 3 CVBR' J W.P.No.2O63 of 2O25 petitioner and other lega1 heirs and as such the petitioner has made an online application on the prescrib ed fotmat uide Application No.24OOOO031O dated 06'Ol'2024 requesting the respondents to carry out necessary corrections in the passbook and issue new e-pattadar passbook after amending the extents being mentioned in the name of husband of the petitioner as per the provisions of the ROR Act' 2O2O ' 4 . Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions' would submit that the petitioner h:rs to file an application in the Dharani Portal prescribed under the provisions of the ROR Act' 2O2O for correction of the entries in the revenue records'

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as it is stated that the petitioner has made an online application uide Application No'24OO0OO31O dated 06.O1 .2024 requesting the respondents to carry out necessary corrections in the passbook and issue new e-pattadar passbook as per the provisions of the ROR Act' 2O2O' the ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to ....- 4 CVBR, J W.P.No.2063 of 2025 examine the application submitted by the petition et uide Application No.24OOOOO31O dated 06'Ol'2024 and if the said application fulfills all the requirements of the provisions of the ROR Act, 2020 and the circular instructions issued by the Chief Commissioner, Land Administration uide Circular No'1 of 2O2l dated 15.01'2027 arld Circular No'l of 2O24 dated 28.02.2024, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders and if, for any reason' the respondents come to a conclusionthatthepetitionerhasnotmadeoutanycase,the respondents shall pass a reasoned order within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner' 6 With the above observations' the Writ Petition is disposed of.
