2. It is stated that the petitioner,s late husband was the pattadar of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. O.O7 guntas in Survey No.13g3/A, Ac. O.11 guntas in Survey No.13B5/A, totalling Ac. 0.lg guntas, situated at Jagityal Revenue Village and Mandal, Jagityal District (for short, 'the subject land). It is further stated that the name of the petitioner's husband was recorded as pattadar as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar Passbooks Act, rg7r and Rules made thereunder arld issued pattadar passbook uide passbook No.291914 and patta No.2662. It is further stated that after the death of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner has made an online application uide Application No.24oo0oo3o7 dated 06.0 r.2024 requesting to mutate her name in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar passbooks as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2o2o (for short, 'the ROR Act,2O2O). 3 l,earned counsel for the petitioner stated that the subject land held by her husband has devolved upon the \ 1 --ta.- CVBR, J W.P.No.2O59 of 2O25 petitioner and other legal heirs and as such the petitioner has made an online application on the prescribed format uide Application No.240OOO03O7 dated 06.O1.2024 requesting the respondents to carry out necessary corrections in the passbook and issue new e-pattadar passbook after amending the extents being mentioned in the name of husband of the petitioner as per the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O'
4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has to file an application in the Dharani Portal prescribed under the provisions of the ROR Act,2O2O for correction of the entries in the revenue records.
5. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as it is stated that the petitioner has made an online application uide Application No.24OOOOO3O7 dated
06.01.2024 requesting the respondents to carry out necessary corrections in the passbook and issue new e-pattadar passbook as per the provisions ofthe ROR Act, 2020, the ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to , I 4 CVBR, J W.P..No.2059 o.f 2025 exalnine the application submitted by the petition er uide Application No.24O00OO3O7 dated 06.01.2024 and if the said application fulfills all the requirements of the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and, the circular instructions issued by the Chief Commissioner, Land Administration ulde Circular No.1 of 2027 dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No.l of 2024 dated,
24.02.2024, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders and if, for any reason, the respondents come to a conclusion that the petitioner has not made out any case, the respondents shall pass a reasoned order within a period of two (O2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
6. With the above observations, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if arry, shali stand closed. SD/.A.
