P.S.l,rt KOSItI ) I I Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed that the identical bunch of writ petitions was also pending consideration before this High Court. Vide order dated 20. I I .201 8, the Division Bench of this High Court in W.P.Nos.20691,20700,20101,20702 and 21086 of 2012 had dismissed the writ petitions prefered by the State Government. Against the said dismissal ol the batch of writ petitions, the Govemment had even gone to the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide SLP.No.24l76 of 2019 which too got dismissed on 18.11.2022. Subsequent to the dismissal of the SLP, the Government has inlact now issued a G.O. dated 07.06.2023 vide memo No.125 llA,l20l9-12 implementing the order passed by the Tribunal.

In view of the aforesaid development that has transpired, we are of the considered opinion that the instant writ petition also deserves to be dismissed on similar terms and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. i. 2 As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
