Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behatf of respondent Nos. 2 to g. 2. The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providin g/granting electricity connection to the petitioners agricultural lands in Sy. No. 524, admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts and Sy. No.523 admeasuring Ac.4.77 1/+ gts totaling Ac.6.It 1/n gts belongs to the 1st petitioner and Sy. No.524 admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts and Sy. No. 523 admeasuring Ac.4. 17 gts totaling Ac.6.I7 gts of 2nd petitioner, both lands are situated at Chattanpalli Revenue Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without considering the representation dated Ot/OB/2024 of the petitioners is being illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 79, 2t and 3004 of Constitution of India and consequently direct l I t. u 2 \NP '.2025 2025 the respondents to provide electricity connection to petition,3rs agricultural lands from the hands conside' the representation dated Ol/OB/2024 in interest of justice and to pass...".

The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that 1't petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the patta lands in 5iy'No' 524 admeasuring Ac.2.O0 gts and Patta lands in Sy'No'523 admeasuring Ac.4.17 7z guntas in total Ac.6.17 y4 guntas and the 2nd petitioner is the owner and possessor of patta lands in Sy.No.524 admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas and Sy'No'523 admeasuring Ac.4.l7 guntas totaling Ac.6.17 guntas :;ituated at Chattanpalli Revenue Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and that they had been cultivating the said lands The petitioners submitted application dated 01.08.2024 to the respondents for providing electricity connection but, the respondents failed to provide the subject electricity service connections to the agricultural lands of the petitioners' It is further the specific case of the petiticners that 4. petitioners ;again vide application dated 27.01 2025, requested the respondents to provide electricity connections to the petitioners agricultural land. However, the respondents have not considered the said applications. Aggrieved by the said action of L L. wP 2025 2025 the respondents in not providing electricity connection to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. 3
