No.B/399 /2024 d,ated 17-12-2024 said to have been submitted by respondent No.4 - the Tahasildar, Bommalaramaram Mandal' to respondentNol3--theRevenueDivisionalOfficer,Bhuvanagiri Divisiory resPondent No.8 aPproached respondent No'7 - the Sub-Registrar, Bhuvanagiri, for execution of rectification deed for correcting the entries in the subject land. , I

The grievance of the petitioner is that excePt the comPetent civil Court, neither the revenue authorities nor respondent No'7 have any I I 2 power or au tl- ority to carry out corrections of survoy numbers or boundaries ri lre schedule property of a sale der:d/c onv,:vance deed and the correlt ons ought not to have been carried out in the grft deed basing on th,: rr port submitted by respondent No.4

As the pe :itioner is having efficacious and alternativl lemedy for cancellation r,f the sale/gift/ rectification deed by insti h rting a suit before the corr-r )etent Civil Cour! this Court deems it aporopriate to dispose of ttr€' r, rit petitiory granting liberty to thr: petitioner to file a suit seekirlg c,rr:ellation of rectification deed bearing c1c,cu ment No.5g of 2025 datel 03.01.2025.
