VIJAYSEN REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.1949 of 2025 The writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents No.1 to 5 in not registering case against the respondents No.6 to 32 pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.01.2024 lodged before the respondent No.5, as being arbitrary and illega l.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that the petitioner had ient a complaint dated 20.01.2025 through registered post to the respondent No.5. The same was received on 22.O1.2025 and thereupon, the respondent No.5 made GD entry on the same day and entrusted the matter to the S.L of Police for taking necessary action. The petitioner stated in the complaint that one Balla Sailaja and others threatened and criminally intimidated him. Except lodging the said complaint, the petitioner did not produce any evidence or witnesses in support of his version. The S.I. of Police I I called the petitioner to come to the police station along with evidence and witnesses. The petitioner did not turn up at the I , police station, as such. the S.L of Police issued a notice dated 27.0L.2025 under Section 941]79 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha,2023. through registered post. The enqu!ry is 2 pending. After completion of enquiry, appropriate action will be taken.

3. Copy of the written instructions along with notice dated 27.OL.2O25 is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner'

4. As it is stated that preliminary enquiry is being conducted. on the complaint of the petitioner, after GD entry was made and notice under Section 941t79 BNSS is issued to the petitioner to produce evidence and witnesses, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case he has any fufther grievance at later point of time. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. SD/-T.
