Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage It is stated that the petitioners are residents and members 3. of the Arundhati Nagar Kutumba Niyantrana Operation Labdidarula Samkshema Sangham, registered under No 731 / 1-2- 2O01, situated at Jawaharnagar Village, Keesar Division' Kapra Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District' It is further stated that' after conducting a socio-economic survey' the members of the association were idendfled for the allotment of various house plots in Survey Nos.706 to 758, 761 to 77O' ar,.d 971 to 977' situatedatJawaharNagar,ShameerpetMandal'RangaReddy I t CVBR, J w p_7979_2025 \ District. It is also stated that, after an inquiry, HUDA. being the competent rluthorit5r, sent the layou t for approvzrl to the Government. It is further stated that the petitioners are in occupation of smal1 extents of house plots, and through their hard-earned money, they have constructed dwetling unjts and are paying houst: assessment tax to tJ.e respondent local authorities, who have also laid the roads and therefore, they are enioying the property as absolute owners.

This Court, without going into the petitioners right or entitlement to the allotment of house sites or the due process .foliowed in 1,he construction of their houses, is of the oprnioi that the ends of justice would be met if the responclents arc directed not to dispossess the petitioners from their respectrve plots, without follou,ing due process of law. 5 With l-he above observations, the writ perition is disposed of.
