3. tsrief facts rising to file this writ petition are that the petitioner is the farmer and for his livelihoocl lre is into sale ancl supply of livestock for the states of 1-elangana and Andhra Pradesh as per the requirements. It is further submitte,cl that thc tl-ren Covcrnmcnt of Tclangana had introduced a schemc in the name of Sheep Rearing Dcvelopn-rent Scherne (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and dcveloping the traclitional shcpherd community, the Kurumas and Yarlavas irr Telangana I I l '. : :i1

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with their officials have approached the petitioner and requested for supply of 2'l units of sheep, (one unit consists of 20 female sheep ancl 1 male sheep). According[1', thc pctitioner supplicd the same to respondcnt Nos.3 and 4 and pavment for 5 units of sheep is still duc to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner had placed a copy of letter bearing Lr.No.858/RTI /Bll/2024 dated 23.10.2024, obtaincd under RTI Act, wherein it is clearly stated that payment of 5 units of sheep is due to the Petitioner. [t is further submitted that in respect of clearauce of due amount, petitioner made representation dated 14.11.2024 and requested respondent Nos.3 and 4 to I I clear the due amount for 5 units of shecp and thc same is still pending for consideration, hence, pray this Court to r-iirect thc respondent authorities to consider the petitioner representatior-r clated 14.11.2024 and clear the due amount in a time bound periotl.

Learned Governmcnt Pleader for Animal Husbandrv and learned Government Plcader for Revenue tlitl not dispute the same and further submitted that il the saic.l representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities ma)' be directed to consider the petitioner representation rlated 14.-11.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with lalr,.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and in view of the tact that the pavment in respect of 5 units of 7 sheep is duc to the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to dispose the writ petition with a dircction to responderrt authorities to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.11.2024 and process the payment of 5 units of sheep, as expeditiously as possible, prefcrablv within a period of four (04) weeks from the date ot receipt of copv of this order, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions are met.
