Bricf facts rising to fite this writ Petition are that the petitioner is thc farmer and for his livelihood he is into sale antl suppty of Iivestock for the states of Tclangana and Andhra Pradesh as per the requirements lt is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the name of Streep Rcaring Development Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for prornoting and develoPing the haclitional shepherd community' the Kurumas and Yadavas in Telangana.
