Ilricf facts rising to file this writ petition are that the petitioner is the farmer and for his livelihoocl he is into sale and supply of livestock for the states of Telangana and Andhra I'radesh as per the requirements. It is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the narne of Shecp Rearing Development Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and dcveloping the rraditional shep[-rerci community, the Kurumas anel Yadavas in Telangana I l

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with their officials havc approachecr the petitioner and requested for supply of 82 units of sheep, (one urrit consists of 20 female sheep and 1 male sheep). Accordingly, the petitioner supptied the same to respondent Nos.3 and 4 ancl pa'mcnt for.l8 units of shecp is still due to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner had placecl a copy of letter bearing Lr'No.867lRTI /BlI/2024 datcd 23.10.2024, obtained under RTI Act, wherein it is clearly stated that payment of{Bu.its of sheep is due to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in respect o[ clearance of due amount, petitioner made representation clatcd 14.11.2024 a.rl requested respondent Nos.3 and 4 to clear the due arntunt for 4ti units of sheep and the same is stilt pending for consideration, hcnce, prai, this Court to direct the responclent authorities to consider the petitio.cr representati()n dated 14.11.2024 and clear the due amount in a time bounc'l pcriod.

Learned covernment preadcr for Animar Husbandry and learned Government Pleatler for Re'enue c'lic1 not clispute the same and further submitted that if the said representation is stifi pending for consideration, the respondent authorities ma)' be directetl to consider the petitioner representation datctl 14.11.2024 anrr pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made bv thc learned counsel appearing on either side and i. r,iew .,f the fact that the paymcnt in respect of 4{r units of 7 J shecp is due to the pctitioncr, this Court deems it fit to dispose the writ petition with a direction to respondcnt authorities to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.11.202i1 and process the payment of 4g units of sheep, as expeditiously as possible, preferablv within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of rcceipt of copy of this order, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions arc met. The copy of proceeding be communicated to the petitioner.
