Brief facts rising to fite this writ petition are that the petitioner is the farmer ancl for his livelihood he is into sale and supply of livestock for the states of Telangana and Anclhra l)radesh as per the requirements. It is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the name of Sheep Rcaring Devclopment Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and developing the traclitional shepherd community, the Kurumas and Yadavas in Telangana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the responclent Nos.3 and 4 along with their officials have approached the petitioner and requested for supply of 14 units of sheep, (onc unit consists of 20 female sheep and '[ male sheep). Accordingly, the petitioner supplied the same to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and payment for 4 units of sheep is stilt due to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner had placed a copv of lettcr bearing Lr.No.852/RTI / BII /2024 dated 23.10.2024, obtaincd under RTI Act, wherein it is clearly stated that payment of 4 units of sheep is due to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in respect of clearance of due amount, petitioner made representation dated 14.11 2024 and retiuested respondent .Nos.3 and 4 to clear the due amount for 4 units of sheep and the same is still pencling for consideration, hence, pray this Court to direct the respondcnt authorities to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.11.2024 and clear the due amount in a time bound period.

Learned Covernment Pleader for Animal Husbandry and learned Government Pleader for Revenue dicl not dispute the same and further submitted that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with [aw.

Recording the submission made bv the learned counsel appearing on either side and in view of the fact that the payment in respect of 4 units of -*7 ,j sheep is due to the petitioner, this Court rleems it fit to dispose the writ petition with a direction to respondcnt authorities to consider the pctitioner representation rlated 14.11.2024 and process the paymcnt of 4 units of sheep, as expeditiouslv as possible, preferablv within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions are met. The copv of proceeding be communicated to the petitioner.
