It is the specific case of the petitioner herein that though this Court vide Order dated OI.LO.2O24 in W.P.No.27126 of 2O24 direcred the parties to maintain Status quo wit}:^ regard to the subject property in all respects, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are tr_r,ing to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property in violation of the said order. From 2L.OI.2025, they are clearing the debris and trying to take the posseEsion of the subject propertv by dispossessing him from t the sudject property. 2

Whereas, Mr.Katika Ravinder Reddy, learned Starding Counsel for respondent No.2 has produced written instructions of respondent No.2 stating that after demolition, respondent No.2 has received several complaints from the residents of the said locality alleging that the debris is causing inconvenience and requested respondent No.2 to clear the same. Therefore, respondent No.2 1S clearing the debris and it never tried to dispossess the petitioner as alleged in the writ alfrdavit. The said written instrlrctions are placed on record.
4. As discussed supra, W.P.No.27726 ol 2024 is pending. Vide Order, dated 01.1O.2O24, thris Court directed both the parties to maintain Status quo in respect o[ t]-re subject property in all respects. If respondent Nos.2 and 3 violated the said order, the petitioner has to file contempt case or file application seeking modification of the said order. Instead of doing so, he has frled the present writ petition. However, according to respondent No.2, it is only clearing the debris, it never tried to dispossess the petitioner herein. 3 \
5. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to respondent No.2 to clear the debris and not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Petitioner is directed not to oppose respondent No.2 in clearing debris. However, both parties shall maintain Stafus- quo with regard to the subject property in all respects, as directed by this Court vide Order, dated Ol .1O.2O24 irr W.P.No.27126 of 2024. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
