2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage and in view of the reliel sought in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the un-official respondents is dispensed with'

It is stated that the petitioner has instituted a suit vide o.S.No.135 of 2021, on, the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge at Devarakonda, seeking specific performance for execution of a registered sate deed for the land to an extent of Ac.O1-OO guntas of land in Survey No.457l3, situated at Chinthapally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. lt is further stated that after contesting 2 CVBR, J wp_1886_2025 the suit, it was decreed in favour of the petitioner by judgment and decree dated lg.OT.2O24. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed an execution pe tition seeking implementation of the judgment and decree in O.S.No. 135 of 2O2I . It is further stated that the petitioner has submitted an applicat ion on 2g.72.2024 tn Dharani portal to amend the record of rights, relying upon the judgment and decree.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has frled an execution petition seeking implementation of the judgment and decree, but as of now, no registered sale deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner.

In light of tlre above, tie writ pedtion is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application after the execution of the decree and the registration of thc sale deed in pursuance of the judgment and decree in O.S. No.135 of 202 l, under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2020, either for amendment or correction of the revenue entries. There shall be no order as to costs.
