Learned counsel for who worked as Chief Admi had retired from service o 3L7.2024 the petitioner submits that the petitioner, nistrative Ofhcer in respondent No.5 office, n attaining the age of superannuation on Thereafter, the principai Accountant Generai (A&E), Telangarra, Hyderabad vide letter dated, 24.2 .2024 sarrctioned the retirement benefits to the petitioner. According to the leamed counsel, though five months have elapsed, the petitioner has not received her retiral benefits, therefore, she seeks indulgence of this Court for release ofher retiral benefits. 5 Learnecl Government pleader for the respondents submits that ln pursuance of letter d,ated, 24.2.2024, the respondents will release the retirement benefits to the petitioner, however, prays this Court to grant ten weeks time in this regard.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respect:ive parties, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release retir.ement benefits to the petitioner in I I ) pursuance of Letter No.AG(A&E)/F2Og/I/2024-20251614 dated 24.7.2024 issued by the Principal Accountant General' Telangana' as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' As a sequel thereto' miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
