03. Vide orders dated 1 1.02.2025, this Court directed the parties.along with their respective learned counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report \ I ) ) 2 ti4,'

04. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and ,;ubmitted report dated 14.02.2025 and the same are placed on record.

05. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 & l] of 2025 are allowed. Consequenfly, this Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.5 in C C. No.1 39 of 2019 on the file of the learned principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Vll Additional Metropolitan lvlagistrate at tVledchal, are hereby quashed.
