BHASKAR REDDY ORDER WRIT PETITION No.1818 of2o25 This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the .action of respondent No.3 in not disposing of the Review Application in File No.Bl1887/2024, dated 26.09.2024 fited under Section 9-A of the Telangana Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, ),973 (for short "the Acr, 1973,,) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 2l and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India and consequently prayed lor other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioners are the lineal descendents of the protected tenants and their predecessors' names have been recorded as protected tenants as per the provisions of the Telangana Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. It is further stated that the pattadar, suppiessing the fact of the rights of the protected tenants, has surrendered the land admeasuring Acs. 19.OO guntas situated in Sy.Nos.28l , 282 and 283, situated at Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under the provisions of the Act, 1973 and the Land Reforms Tribunal had issued common orders in File Nos.CC.No.3373/1175,3374/1175 and 3396/ l/75 and when it 2 CVBR, J wp l8l8 2025 has come 1.o their notice, they filed an application sr:eking to review the aforesaid orders. The grievance of t1-re petir,ioners is that even after receiving the said review applicalion, the respondent authorities have not passed any orders.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned couns,:l for [he respecti\re parties and with their consent, this writ pr:[ition is dispose ol at rhe admission stage.

Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri B.Vamshidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners htrs vehemently contended that even thor.rgh said Revierv Application has been taken on file on 26.09.2021, so far respondent No.3 has not initiated any proceedings for conducting cnquiry in terms of the Act, 1973.

5. ln vieu' of the above submissions, this Court, without expressing :rry opinion on the right and entitlemenr of the petitioners an,l since it is stated that the petitioners hr,Lve fileC Review Applrcirtion in File No.B/ t88T 12024, dated 26.Ct9.2024, deems it appropriate to dispcse of this writ petition directing respondent No.3 to examine the said Review Applicatton and decide the same in accordance r.,,.ith the provisions of rhe Act, 1973 after issuing notice to all the persons intere:;ted as 3 CVBR. J wp- 1818_2025 expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
