The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No.42 (Western Part), in Part of Survey No.11l3 admeasuring 516.5 Sq yards (Out of total 1033 Sq. yards) situated at Khanamet (V) Under GHMC Serilingampally (M) Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, bounded by North : Plot No.41; South: Plot No. 42A; East: Part of Plot Nos. 42 (South-Eastern Part) and Part of Plot Nos.42 (North- I l \NP 1797 2025 Eastern Part) West: 60 Wide Road, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Bth respondent and to pass...".

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 03.01.2025 passed in W.P. No. 72 of 2O25, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.72 ol 2025 dated 03.01.2(J25, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject -) wt, t797 2025 premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricity service connection to the petitioner in accordance to law, in respect of petitioner's subject property, the Plot No.42 (Western Part), in Part of Survey No.11l3 admeasuring 516.5 Sq yards (Out of total 1033 Sq. yards) situated at Khanamet (V) under GHMC Serilingampally (M) Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.O9.2O[2 passed in Writ petition No.2O4O7 of 2OOB and batch.
