ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for being sent to the Pre-Promotional Training course lit to act as ARsl, the present writ Petition is frled. 2l Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services {Home} appearing for the respondents. 3) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the case of the petitioner was considered and vide order in Rc. No. D 1 -86l JZ I 2023 I 20 L, dated 12.05 -2023, the petitioner was promoted to the rank ol ARSI (Civil) and therefore the grievance of the petitioner was redressed. 4l The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5) Recording the above made submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies, if he is still aggrieved. -2 Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
