Learned counsei lor the petitioner submits that while ordering Notice Before Admission, this Court granted interim order on 25.OL.2O24 directing the Registering Authorities to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 19O8 ald the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to thc interim ordcr passed by this Court on

It is made clear that mere registration of the d ocument does not confer title on th e sutljcct pro perty and it is also made clear that this order u,ciuld not have any bearing on a-11 those matters where title,/rights ol the partie s ar(l pending before thc authorities either in revision/ appeals for adjudication ald in anv other case this order also does not preclude the parties in asserting 3 --7,. their rights before a competent court of law.
