It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.2.2O guntas in Sy.No. 134, situated at Appareddypally Village, Madgul Mandal, Reddy District, having succeeded the same from his Ranga It is further stated that in addition to the above, the petitioner had also purchased the lancl admeasuring Acs.2.2O guntas in Sy.No.134/A from the father of respondent No.5 through sada sale deed, dated OS.11.1994 and he was issued pattadar passbook uide patta No. 14lg under the provrsions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 7971 ancl the Rules mad.e thereunder. It is further stated that when the petitioner came to know that out of Acs.2.2O guntas purchased by him from the father of respondent No.S only Ac.1.2O guntas was entered in the revenue records and Ac. 1.OO guntas was still existing in the name of the father of respondent No.5, he approached respondent No.4 and respondent No.4, duly taking into consideration the documents submilted bv the petrtroner and after collecting necessary charges, issued procecdings No.A/23a2/2007, dated lg.06.2007 for the said 2 CVBR, J Wp 1611 2025 extcnt of Ac 1.00 guntas. Thereafter, the revenue aLrthorities also issuerl e pattadar passbook NoT0515OO4O739 in his lavour unde- the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks AcL, 2O2O (for short "the '\ct 9 of 2O2O"). It is further stated that the name of the peLitroner was deleted to an extent of Ac.1.OO guntas of Sy.No 134 in Dharani portal and hrs vendor's name i.e., father of respondent .\o.5 was shown. Thr:refore, he made an application No.250()001092, d,ated, 07 .O1.2025 seeking for correctiott of cnlry in Dharani Portal. 15.07.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider thc same in accordance with law and for any reasons, if he comes to a conclusion for refusal of the said application, he shall pass a reasoned order alter issuing notice to respondent No.5 and all othcr interested and effected persons and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of reccipt ola copy of this order. 4 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
