Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr appearing on beha,lf of respondent No. 1 , Sri N. It is represented by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appea-ring on behalf of respondents No.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered I I 2 wp_1636_2025 by the order of this Court dated 21.08.2024 passed 1n W.P.No.2O263 of 2024 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. 4 . Taking into consideration the facts arld circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 7 on record and for the I reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O263 of 2024, dated 21.08.2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines directing respondents No.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricit5r seryice connection to the petitioner in accordance with law, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing Plot No.939, in Survey Nos. 11/14, I1 115, 11/16, 11/17 and 11/18, Part of Survey No. 11, admeasuring 300 Sq.yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Rajendranagar Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (04) weeks, from the date ol receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be 3 wp_1636_2025 subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.09.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.204O7 of 2008 and batch. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
