2. Heard Smt. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appea-ring for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr appea-ring on behalf of respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 7 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing on behalf of respondent No.8. 2 wp_1640_2025

3. It is represented by learned counsel appearing on beha,lf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on beha-lf of respondents No.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated

21.O8.2O24 passed in W.P.No.2O263 of 2024 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 7 on record ald for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O263 of 2024, dated 21.08.2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines directing respondents No.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricit5r seryice connection to the petitioner I l wp _1640_2025 in accordance with law, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing Plot No.4B, ln Surwey Nos. 1 1/ 19, 11 /20, and 17/27, admeasuring 300 Sq.yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (04) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.09.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2008 and batch. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
