3. lrarned counsel for the petitioners submjts that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on '2o.Ol 2022, Lh,e petitioners have cooperatedl with the investigz ting ofhcer and submitted all the documents along with their submissions and requested this Court to direct the investigating ofhcer to conclude the investigation by hling hnal report after considering the documents submitted by thc petitioners and \ I \a\ - till such time not to take any coercive stcps against the petrttoners.

4. The above said submissions were not opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalfof respondent No.2 as well as learned Assistant public prosecutor.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions made by respective parties, without expressing any view on the merits of ttre case, investigating officer is directed to consider the documents which are submitted by the petitioners during the course of investigation and concludc the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Court if not, already filed and till such time not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners. 6 With the above directions, the criminal petition is disposed of.
