No. 307 and 3O8, admeasuring Ac.4-25 guntas at Ranjole Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangreddy Oistrict as proposed in file No. A3/915/2019 even after issuing notices for conducting the above survey and to fix the boundaries to the petitioner society so as to enabler the petitioner society to construct the compound wall to its educational institution, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to expedite the survey as proposed in file No. A3/915/2019 to fix the boundary of the land of the petitioner society so as to enable to construct the compound wall to its educational institution. 2. Heard sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for tl:e petitioner and Sri S.Keshava Rao, learned counsel appearing for the Implead petitioners/proposed respondent Nos.S to 7 and. learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Covrt uide appearing \ \ i i I I I I I I I I I I I i I 1 order rlated O3.O2.2O2O in I.A.No. 1 of 2O2O has granted interim direction to conduct the survey and to fix the boundaries pertaining to ttre land to an extent of Acs.4.25 guntas in Sy.Nos.307 and. 308, situated at Ranjole village, Zaheerabad. Mandal, Sangareddy District. On such directions, respond.ent No.4 conducted the survey in the presence of the adjacent pattadars, independent witnesses and also in the presenc,-- of respondent Nos.S to 7( who were impleaded as per tlre orders of this Court on 28.08.2025l,. Accordingly, survey has been conducted and report has already been furnished. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the ollicial respondents in the presence of unofficial respondr:nts, as such, cause in the present writ petition does not sun"ive for furttrer consideration. Hence, he seeks to dispose of the present Writ petition.
4. learned counsel appearing for the implead petitione::s/proposed respondent Nos.S to 7 would submit that the respondent Nos.S to 7 are the adjacent owners of the subject property, as such, they are necessary parties to the present writ petition. He submits that at the time of \ !l ::3:: conducting survey by the 4th respondent, the respondents 5 to 7 }rave submitted their objections, however, the same were not considered by tlle 4th respondent, and concluded the survey and submitted report in that regard. He further submitted that civil proceedings are pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.S to 7 before the learned Junior civil Judge, Zaheerabad. 6- , karned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, for tJre respondents would submit that the relief sought for in t]:e present has been complied by the 4th respondent, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and sought for closure of the writ petition. q. Having heard the submissions made by all the learned counsel, tl:is court is of the opinion that the interim order dated O3.O2.2O2O in I.A.No.1 of 2O2O has already been complied with by conducting survey and fixing of boundaries in the presence of all concerned parties i.e., petitioner and unoflicial respondent Nos.S to 7. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for further consideration. However, since it is stated by the learned counsel for the i2422 responrlent Nos.S to 7 that civil disputes are pending between the pe'Eitioner and the unoflicial respondents, they are at liberty 1o agitate their rights before tJ:e civil Court concerned.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shatl be no ord.er as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, perlding in this writ petition shall stand elosed. To
