2. Heard Sri M. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

3. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition disposed of at the admission stage. 1S \ f 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of plot No'64' admeasuring 2Oo sq' yards in Sy'No'491 at Christianpally village of Manhabubnagar Mandal and District and the same was acquired through registered sale deed dated O7'12'2011' He further submitted that respondent No'1 acquired the land at Christianpally village including the plot of the petitioner for the purpose of construction of road on National Highway No'167N from Malrabubnagar to Chincholi of Karnataka State uide Gazettee Notilication dated O5'O7 '2022' However' the petitioner's property was not included in the said Notification and her property was being affected in the construction of National Highway No' 167N' The petitioner submitted a representation dated 06 'Ol '2025 to respondent No'2 requesting him to include the petitioner's property in the land acquisition proceedings. In spite of repeated representations submitted by the petitioner, the respondent authorities have not taken any steps to consider the claim of the petitioner without any reasons. He further submitted that in similar circumstances' some other Tperson approached this Court and filed l A 3 w'P'No.33302 of 2024 and the said writ petition was disposed of on 27 .l l .2024 with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner therein and the petitioner is a_lso entitled the very same relief.

5. Learned Assistant Government pleader for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 wil consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and requested this Court to grant reasonable time. I /

Having considered the submissions made by the respective parties and taking into consideration the order passed by this Court in W.p.No.3330 2 of 2024 dated 27.1I.2024, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordalce with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving opportunity to the petitioner. 7 With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
