When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the /ls raised in the present Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No.23138 of 2025, rvhich v,,as disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also. 4, The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated O3.O9.2O25 passed b-v the Division Bench in W.P.No.23l38 of 2025, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioners be released forthlvith u,ithin a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of LOoh per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid. / \ t I E t 3 Miscellaneous petitions, if &ny, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
