Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri Rapafthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No.120 in Survey Nos.1U11 to LL/73, admeasuring 477 sq. yards, situatEd at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) under GHMC Ranga Reddy District, T.S. bounded by North: 30 Ft. wide road; South: Plot No.119; East: 30 Ft, wide road; West : Plot No.121 as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive , I 2 \x1' 1499 2025 application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Bth respondent and to pass...". It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on llehalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 03.01.2025 passed in W.P. No. 72 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesa id order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made. by both the tearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.ff o. 72 ot 20,25 dated O3.01.2025' the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the .4. 3 the petitioner in accordance to wP 1499 2025 petitioner for release of electricity service connection law, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing the plot No.12O, in Survey Nos.11lll to 1.L/L3, admeasuring 417 sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shafl be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.Og.2OL2 passed in Writ petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
