Lt:arned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in slritc of lapse of more than 3Y2 years, the official rcspondents did not choose to file counter and in spite of scrvice notic e, the respondent No.3 has refus,:d to receive the noticc'. He submits that after filing this rvrit petition, thc petitior-rcr made application through onlLne Dharani Portal for cor rection of cntries in the revenue re,lords and in spite of that the respondents did not take any steps for correction r '1' entries and requested trt direct the rt-'spondents to correct the entries in the revenue rccords an<l pass a pp ropriate orders. 5 Leirrr;ed Assistant Government Pleadt:r 1br Revenue submits that R()R Act was amended in the y<:ar,2025 and 3 SK, .J W.P.No.1764 of 202 1 now Dharani Portal was stopped by the revenue authorities and the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 came into force and if the petitioner makes fresh application as per the existing rules, the respondents will consider the same as per law and requested to pass l I appropriate order.

In view of the submissions of both sides, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents through online as per the existing Rules and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders as per law after issuing notice to the eflected parties including the respondent No.3 within 8 r'vecks thereafter.
