Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI RAPOLU BHASKAR counsetfor the Respondents : sRl L.RAVINDER, AGP FOR REVENUE The Court at the stage of admission made the following ORDER i i t I THE HONOURABLE SRI JIISTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL ORDER: o.1514 of This Writ Petition is filed prayrng this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not considering the online application, dated L7.11.2023 submitted by the petitioner seeking for mutation of her name and consequential issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.38 guntas in Sy.Nos.346 and 348, situated at Chinakaparthy Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District, as itlegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles L4, L5,21 and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. \ \ -I I 2 EW, J Wp_1514_2024

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally the grandfather of the petitioner by name, Cheera Ramulu was the owner and possessor of the aforesaid land and his narne was incorporated in all the revenue records as pattadar and he was also issued pattadar passbook and title deed. l,earned counsel for ttre petitioner would further submit that after the death of the petitioner's grandfather, the said land was mutated in the Rame of petitioner's paternal uncle, Srisailam and the said Srisailam died issueless. Therefore, the petitioner has succeeded to the subject land. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, the petitioner made online application, dated 17.11.2023 seeking for mutation of her name in the revenue records and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receipt of the said application,.,the respondent authorities did not consider the same.
4. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not \ disputed the submission of the online application, dated I I I I l r : 3 Evv,J Wp-1514 2024
17.11.2023 and it is stated that if the said application fulfils all tJre requirements under law, the respondent authorities would consider the same.

Having regard to the submissions made by the Iearned counsel for the respective parties and since the petitioner has already submitted online application seeking for mutation of her name and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to exarnir:e the petitioner's online application No.2300046952, dated 17.11.2023 and if the said application has complied with all the requirements of the provisions of t,l.e Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 consider the same by issuing notice to all ttre persons interested and after giving sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to them, pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. / 4 EVV, J Wp_1514_2024
6. With the above obsenrations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. SDI.
