RAVINDER, AGP FC,l I REVENUE The Gourt made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.15 29 of2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos'3 to 5 in not considering the petitioner's online apptcation bearing No.2300161406, dated 15'11'2023 and not taking stePs to trace out the missing extent of the land admeasuring Ac.O.35 guntas in Sy.No.346/A, situated at Chinakaparthy Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District and not mutating her name in the revenue records and not issuing pattadar passbook in her favour, as illegal' arbitrary' violative of principles of natural justice and violative of ArLicles 14, 15, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other approPriate reliefs'

Heard Sri Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L'Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken uP for disPosal at the admission stage. ., E\ry,J wp_1529_2024

Learned counsel for the petitioner woull submit that the grandfather of the petitioner by name, Ch:era Ramulu had purchased the agricultural land admeasr ring Ac.O.35 guntas in Sy.No.346/A, situated at Chinakapr rthy Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District and his narne was incorporated in all the revenue records as pa:r adar and he was also issued pattadar passbook ald title de :d. karned counsel for the petitioner would further subro .t that, after the death of the petitioner's grandfather and tLr r father, tJle petitioner has succeeded to the subject la:r l. Learned eounsel for the petitioner would further subr rit that, the petitioner made online application, dated 15.11.2023 seeking for mutation of her name in the rerrnue records and consequential issuance of pattadar p essbook by tracing out the said land. The grievance of th,: petitioner is that, even after receipt ol the sard appl cation, the respondent authonties did not consider the sar re.
4. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Governr rent pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents w ruld submit that the petitioner is claiming the property t z sing on the i .. j i ! I I i i I I i I 1 I i I I I i i I a 3 Ew'J Wp_1529_2.024 sadabainama, dated 02.09.1995 and until and unless said sadabainama is validated, the respondent authorities are not in a position to act upon the petitioner's application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps to validate the sadabainama, dated 02.09.1995, through which. the petitioner is claiming the subject property, by making necessary application before the appropriate authority.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Ttrere shall be no order as to costs.
