High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction nrore particularly one in the nature of Writ of [t/andamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 in non-considering the representation and online application of the petitioner and non-initiating to cancel the illegal pattadar passbooks of tl'e respondent Nos.6 to 9 in respect of the petitioners' agriculture land in Sy.Nc 410 to an extent of Ac,8.19 gts situated at Amangal Revenue Village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which are issued during the pendency of Second Appeal vide S.A.No 66 of 2O21 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court ancJ suppressing the facts and without following the direction of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P No.19123 of 203 and without issuing any notice, without following the ciue process of law, by colluding with the respondent Nos.6 to g and uploaded their names in all revenue records and issued e-pattadar passbooks to me, without having any right and title and on the joint family properties is highly illegal, arbitrary, u ncon stitutiona l, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles '14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct t[e respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the representation and online application cf tt-te petitioner and to cancel the illegal pattadar passbooks of the respondent Nos 6 to 9 in respect of the petitioners' agrrculture land in Sy.No.410 to an extent of Ac.8 19 gts situated at Amangal Revenue Village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which are issued during the pendency of Second Appeal vide S.A.No 66 of 2021 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court and suppressing the facts and to follow the direction of the Hon'ble High Court in W P No.'19123 of 2023 and without issuing any notice, to follow the due process of law, by colluding with the respc,ndent Nos.6 to g and uploaded their names in all revenue records and issued e-t,attadar passbooks to me, without having any right and title and on the joint family properties. |.A.NO:1 OF 2024 Petition under section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the representation and online application of the petitioner and to cancel the illegal pattadar passbooks of the respondent Nos.6 to 9 in respect of the petitioners' agriculture land in sy.No.410 to an extent of Ac.8.19 gts situated at Amangal Revenue village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which are issued during the pendency of second Appeat vide s.A.No.66 ot 2021 on the file of the Hon'ble High court and suppressing the facts and to follow the direction of the Hon'ble High court in w.P.No.19123 ot 2023 and without issurng any notice, to follow the due process of taw, by colluding with the respondenl Nos.6 to 9 and uploaded their names in all revenue records and issued e-pattadar passbooks to me, without having any right and title and on the joint family propertres pending disposal of the writ petition.
