Today, u.he;t Lhe u'rit petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as against the orders dated 10.2.2023 passed by respondent No.4, rejecting the request of the petitioners for grant of Scheduled Caste Community I Certificate in terms olG.O.Ms.No.2 dated 22.1.2015, petitioners have hled appeals/ representations before the respondent No.3 on

27.3.2025 anci the salale are pending. Learned counsel conhned his relief in the present writ petition only to the extent of directing respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the said appeals/representations dated 27.3.2025 filed by the petitioners, in accordance u,ith law. The same is not seriously objected by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeals /representations dated 2Z .3.2025 Iiled by the
