Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are requesting respondent authorities to rectifl/ ttre wrong entries in the revenue records by entering 2 srr,J W.P.No.7425 ol 2O2O petitioners name as protected tenants and to issue ownership certihcate and recovery of possession thereof with respect to land to an extent of Ac.6-OO guntas in Sy.No.60/2, situated at Keesara Village and Manda-1, Medcha,l- Malkaj giri District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioners made application for rectification of the wrong entries in the revenue records and for issuance of ownership certihcate, as per the existing rules, the respondent-authorities will consider the case of the petitioners as per their eligibility and pass appropriate order as per the existing rules in accordance \Mith law.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make application for rectihcation of the wrong entries in the revenue records and for issuance of ownership certificate as per existing rules. After filing of such application, the Respondent Authorities are directed to pass appropriate 3 sx,J W.P.No.1425 oJ 2O2O orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
