This writ petition is hled declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not conducting the survey and not hxing the boundaries to the petitioner's agricultural land to an extent of Ac.O.24 gts., in Sy.No. 190A/AAA, situated at Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without considering 30 -12.2023 vide the F-Line application dated No.AOD0223OOO58882 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of tand to an extent of Ac.O.24 gts., in Sy.No.190A/AAA, situated at Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandai, Ranga Reddy District' It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue reco-rds as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O vide passbook No.TOSO 10230 188. It is further stated that due to abnormal increase of the land price, some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries ofthe subject land and as such, the petitioner had submitted application vide 2 .-!
