This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in deleting the petitioner's name from the 1-B register and Pahani/Adangal in respect of land in Sy. No. 2521B without passing any order, and attempting to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy.No. 252/8, admeasuring Ac. 1.OO guntas, under tlre guise of notice dated 06.01 .2O2O in R.C. No. 81722/2020, without passing any speaking order or considering the petitioner's explanation dated 08.0 L.2O2O, as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently, to set aside tlle notice dated 06.0L.2O2O by directing.the 3rd respondent to restore the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the land in Sy. No. 252/8, admeasuring Ac. 1.00 guntas, with a further direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioner from the said land.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the I ) Page2 of 4 petition does not survive for further consideration, as the respondents have dropped the action purported to construct a burial ground on the petitioner's land. Hence, the petitioner seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition as infructuous.

3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, produced written instructions from the 3.d respondent/Tahsildar stating that a hearing was conducted based on the representation submitted by the petitioner. The proposal to construct a burial ground on the petitioner's land has been dropped. Alternatively, an extent of 0.12 guntas of Government land in sy. No. 304 was identified for the purpose and handed over to the Grampanchayat, Mandaloripalli, under cover of a panchanama dated

20.ll.2o2o by the Girdawar, Tekumatla Mandal. He submits that the petitioner has approached this court on assumptions and presumptions and since the 3.d respondent has already dropped the proposal to construct a burial ground on the petitioner's land, he prays for dismissal of the petition , I Page 3 of4

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, based on written instructions from the 3.d respondent and considering the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
