2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly. l A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the I I offences
3. Vide order dated 31 01 .2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hirlh Court for 2 the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.
4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 05.02.2025 and the same is placed on record.
5. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. It is submitted that the Petiuoner/ Respondent No.2 herein alleged in his complaint that on 14.11.2023 the Respofldent No. 2 to 10 /Accused herein and others L4.1L.2023, based on the said complaint the polige have regisM a crime vide FIR No. 83 of 2023, datd t4.tL.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504, 506, R/w. 34 IPC r27 RP, 3(1)(r)(s) SC ST POA ACT based on the said complaint the police have registered Crime Vide FIR NO. 83 of 2023, dated 14.11.2023 against accused l{o.1 & 9 and zubsequenUy Charge Sheet Vide CC No. 135 of 2024 on the file of Spl. Session Judge for SC/STs Cum II Addl District and Sessions Judge, l,lalgonda for the offences punistrable under sections 34L,32j,504, 506, 1.E1, 1BB, 149 IpC & 3(1XRX5) of SC, ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act).
3. - It is submitted that the due to the intervention of the some Political party affliation and motivation the Petitioner/ Respondent No.2 was mlsunderstood the situaton and fi.rher got wrongly advised to file the complaint and laGr he got to know the hue intension of the above said political motivators U 9.U V pJ4 ES^* S s-n'-"^- 1.y;r"l-,'^ '*4 Y' V,/W and having regards to his misconception of facts he had filed ttre said complaint and it was neither willful nor wanton'but was fited on provocation and misguidarrce of the said political party members. 4. wishers and elders of both parties settled the matter amicably out of the court. That due to heated conversions and political motivation I have misunderstanding and lorJged a complaint. Now that the elders and well-wishers have amicably sorted the said issues and cleared their misunderstandings by considering their issues amicably and came forward to withdraw the complaint for which the defacto Complainant executed an Affidavit stating that he is ready to withdraw the above- mentioned case.
