This writ petition is hled by the petitioners questioning the action of the respondents in not issuing High Security E-pattadar passbooks to the petitioners, though the petitioners are absolute owners and possessors of agricultural lands situated in Sy.fVo.. I to L2,2g and their Sub-divisions of Ramaram Village, punugondla Gram Panchayat, Gangaram Mandal (new), Mahabubabad District (Old Warangal District) and are having old pattadar passbooks.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Forest basing on the counter submits that after hling of the writ petition, the Forest Authorities issued Recognition of Forest Rights (ROFR) pattas in favour of the petitioner, in view of I I : : 2 the same, the cause in the writ petition d.oes not exist and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter for further adjudication.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of granting ROFR pattas, the respondents are not giving Rythu Bandhu to the petitioners.
5. In view of the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is closed as the Forest Authorities issued ROFR pattas to the petitioners. If the petitioners have any grievance with regard to receiving of Rythu Bandhu amounts, they are at liberty to approach concerned authorities for making appropriate petitions as per law.
