LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.1334 OF 2025 ORALORDER: Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l, 2 & 4 and Mr. Krishna Reddy Puna, leamed Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5.

The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the agriculture land admeasuring Acs.l.22 guntas in Survey No.3 I lANll2 and Acs. 1.27 guntas in Survey No.31/A1l1, making a total extent of Acs.3.09 guntas, situated at Amangal Village and Mandal, Rangareddy District, on the strength of a registered sale deed bearing document No.52 of 2023, dated
01.11.2022. His name was also mutated in. revenue records and latest pattadar passbook-cum-title deed was also issued in his favour. On his request, survey was conducted on 03.07.2024, panchanama was drawn and location sketch was also issued, but boundaries were not fixed. Therefore, he filed a writ petition vide W .P. No.24253 of 2024 challenging the said action. Vide order dated 03.09.2024, this Court 2 KI-.J W.P No.l3.l4 of2025 disposed of the said writ petition directing the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Rangareddy District, to consider the F_Line application dated 17.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner requesting him to fix boundaries in the subject land pursuant to the letter dated
03.07.2024 within forty five (45) days. According to the petitioner, the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, fixed the boundaries in compliance with the aforesaid order. The petitioner is in possession of the subject property. Even then, respondent Nos.4 and 5 came to the site on 02.0t.2025, 05.01.2025 and 0g.01.2025 and tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property at the instance of respondent Nos.6 and 7 without following due procedure laid down under law.

Whereas, leamed Assistant Government pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2, and,4 and leamed Standing Counsel for respondent No.5, on instructions, would submit that respondent Nos.4 and 5 never interfered with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property as alleged in the writ affidavit. If the petitioner has any grievance against respondent No.6, he has to approach Civil Court.

In the light of the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject properfy without following due procedure laid down under law and not to interfere with the inter se disputes between the pctitioner and respondent No.6 in respect of the subject property. In the circumsLances ofthe case, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// Sd,- T.
