HARINATH REDDY SOMA Counsel forthe Respondents: GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.1274 OF 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is hled praying this Court to declare the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner's rnother application, dated 15.07.2024 seeking for data correction uide application No.2400059748 for correction of the extent of Ac. 1.00 gts., and Acs.2.0O gts., in Sy.Nos.1/ 11 and 1/ 12 respectively, thus total to an extent o[Acs.3.OO gts., as per the old revenue records, which were wrongly entered in the new records as Ac.O.2 gts., and Ac. 1.08 gts., in Sy.Nos. 1/ I I and I I 12, in thc net , Pattadar Pass Books bearing No.TO9080O2O525, Khata No.879, situated at Chidruppa Village, Kandi Mandal, Sangareddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and for other appropriate reliels.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioners' lather Late Veera Goud was the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.3.OO gts., in Sy.Nos.1/ 11 and 1/ 12 situated at Chidruppa Village, Kandi Mandal, Sangareddy District. It is further stated C\'BR. J wP 1274 2025 : that on the ck:ath of petitioners' father, the name ol their mother Late Talla Vccramma was mutated in the reventte records and issued nerv Piltta Pass Books uide Pass Book No.TO9O80020525, and Khata No.879. It is further stated thal their mothcr came to knor.r' that in thc said pass books, the extent of the lands owncd by her were wrongly entered as Ac.O.02 gts., and Ac. 1.08 gts., in Sy.Nos.1/11 and 1/12 rcspectively, instead of Acs.3.00 gts., and thercfore, shc had submitted a representation, datcd 28.05.2014 and lurther rnade an application uide bearir.g No.240O059748, datcd 15.07.2O24, to respondenl No.2 for data correction. 07.12.2024 to rcspondcnt No.2 for the correction of data entry to the above sairi extents of land. The grievance of t)-re petitioners is that cven aftcr receiving the said applications and rc presentations, the rcspondents are not taking any action in accordance with law.

4. Learncrl Assistant Government Pleader [or Revenue ap;;caring frrl rcspondent Nos.l to 4 has submitted that a 3 CVBR. J wP t274 2025 procedure has been prescribed in Darani Portal for correction of wrong entries and if such an application is being made duly paying the requisite fee, the respondent authorities will consider the same in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O.

In view of the above submissions and since it is the case of the petitioners that their mother has submitted an application, dated 15.07.2024, seeking correction of the entries of the subject land, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to examine the said representation duly taking into consideration of the old pattadar pass books and after issuance of notice to the petitioners, pass appropriate orders, strictty, in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy o[ this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
