THE PETITIONER WHO IS SOLE ACCUSED SEEKS BAIL. THE OFFENCE REGISTERED AGAINST HER WAS UNDER SECTION 302 IPC. THE DECEASED WAS NONE OTHER THAN HER HUSBAND. IT APPEARS THAT UNABLE TO BARE WITH THE HARASSMENT, THE OFFENCE IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN COMMITTED. SHE BEING A LADY AND CHILDREN TO LOOK AFTER AND SHE HAS BEEN IN JUDICIAL CUSTODY FOR THE LAST MORE THAN (50) DAYS, HER REQUEST FOR BAIL MUST BE CONSIDERED
.
IN THE RESULT THE PETITION IS ALLOWED, AND THE PETITIONER SHALL BE ENLARGED ON BAIL ON HER EXECUTING A BOND FOR RS. 5,000/- (RUPEES FIVE THOUSAND ONLY) WITH TWO SURETIES FOR A LIKE SUM EACH TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE III METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE, VIJAYAWADA
