: Dated: 4th July, 2007 In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing show cause notice dated 02.01.2001 issued by Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Guntur under Section 34(1) of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 proposing to supersede Managing Committee of Lingamgunta Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Pedakurapadu.
Since no one has appeared for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed in default. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition in default, WPMP No.1622 of 2001 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed. 4th July, 2007 G.S.SINGHVI, CJ
