2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner and one Sri Manoj Khandelwal have jointly purchased the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.15 gts., in Survey No.lO5/part of Madanpa y Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District through registered Sale Deeds uid.e Documents Nos.6O6 of 20 1O and 607 of 2O1O, dated O2.O3.2O|O. It is further stated that respondent No.4 issued patta passbooks and title deeds uide Proc.No.B/841/2OO4-D/1336/2OO8, dated 06.Og.2Or2 in pursuance of the order passed in proc.No.C/ 17gZ /2012, dated 2 CVBR, J w_1285 2025

28.07 .2012 and incorporated their narnes as pattadars to their respective shares in the revenue records and pahani patrikas. It is further stated that the petitioner has made applications to respondent Nos.2 to 5 on O7.10.2021 seeking to incorporate her name in Online Dharani in respect of the land to art extent of Ac.0.28 gts., ortt of Ac. 1.15 gts., in Survey No.105/P of Madanpally Village and for issuance of new patta passbook and title deed. It is further stated that rvhen the said applications are not acted upon by respondent Nos.2 to 5, the petitioner was constrained to hle WP. No .31942 of 2O2l and the same was disposed o[ on A3.72,2O21 directing the respondent authorities to pass necessary order on ti-re Online Application No.LM2100035302 within a period of 8 weeks.

It is also stated that in an appeal liled by one Nanavath Tlrlsya and others, respondent No.4 has passed order uide proceedings No.Cl1787 of 2012, dated 28.07.2012 basing on the status report submitted by the Tahsildar, Shamshabad, in respect of the land in Survey No.1O5, wherein the Tahsildar has stated that Smt. T.B.Lavanya, who is respondent No.3 therein, nor her vendors are not in peaceful possession of the land in Survey No.1O5, Madanpally, even though she is entitied to seek recovery of possession from M/s.Jana Chaitanya Housing Private Limited 3 CVBR, J wp_1285 2025 by following the due process of law. Accordingly, the appeal filed is disposed of by order d,ated 2g.OZ.2Ol2 by setting aside the orders passed respondent I'1o.5 in proceedings No.B/ 136s/2003, 8168011998 and B/272/2Oo7 and 81466/2004 and remalded the case for Tahsildar for fresh consideration.

5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not examined her case pursuant to the orders passed by respondent No.4, dated 28.O7.2012 and are continuing the entries in the revenue records even after setting aside the orders passed by respondent No.S.

Since it appears that there are serious disputes r.r,ith regard to the entries made in the revenue records and for implementation of the orders passed by respondent No.4, they are required to be decided by the competent Civil Court only after considering the elaborate evidence. Therefore, it is left open for the petitioner to agitate her grievance before the competent civil Court. 7 With the above obsewations, this writ petition is disposed of.
