Gp FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY trTRIT PETITION No.l25 a of2o25 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in conducting the survey to Sy.Nos. 121, lI9, 12O along with Sy.Nos. 122, 123 and 127, situated at Rudraram Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pursuant to the notice dated 3O. 12.2024 issued by respondent Nos.3 and 4 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. It is stated that the petitioner along with K. Santhosh Kumar, purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.3O gts., in Sy.No.127/A, situated at Rudraram Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. I t is further stated that the names of the petitioner and K. Santhosh Kumar were ehtered in the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued e_pattadar passbooks and title deeds as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O. It is further stated that the petitioner made F_Line application dated 09.lO.2O2l to the respondenr authorities, by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject lands and fix the boundaries and as the respondent authorities did not conduct survey, the petitioner 2 CVBR, J. Wp 1258_2025 lrled W.P.No.2OOS4 of 2023 on the hle of this Court and the said petition was disposed of vide order dated 31.0t].2023 directing the respondent authorities to conduct surwey and flx the b()undaries to the subject lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 has issued notice dated 30. 12_2024 to conduct survey on 18.01 .2025, but did not include Sy Nos. l2I , 179, 72O along with Sy.Nos. 122, 123, l2T, situated at Rudrarzrm Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Therefore, the present writ petition. 3 Considered the submissions of the learn,:d coun sel for the respective parties and with their consent this wnt oetition 1S disposed of :Lt the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government pleader lbr Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the rr:spondent authorities would conduct survey in Sy.Nos. 12..1, l1g, 12O along with Sy.Nos. 122, 123, 127, situated at Rudraram Villagt:, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and demarcate the subject. lands by fixing boundaries.

Since it is the case of the petitioner that respondent No.3 has already issued notice dated 30. 12.2024 to conduct survey in Sy.Nos. 122, i.23 and 727, but did not include Sy.Nos.i21, 119, -) CVBR, J Wp 1258 2025 12O, this Court is of the considered opinion that ends of justice would be met if the respondent authorities are directed to conduct survey in Sy.Nos.l22, 723 and 127 along with Sy.Nos.121, 119, 12O, situated at Rudraram Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and demarcate the subject lands by fixing boundaries, if the petitioner' fulhls all the condiiions mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to Lime, after issuing notices to all the persons interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this ordcr.
