Leamed standing counsel for respondent Nos . and 4, placed on record written instructions and submitted that I lon receipt ol- complaint from the petitioners and others, the Munir: pal authorities have inspectcd thc Sai Murali Residency, Karm ir agar, and the competent ar-rthority has passed speaking order for lsrnqving unauthorized construction made in the Stilt floor ,r'the buitding. Pursuant to the speaking order, respondent No.2 iritiated action and partial dcrnolition has already been undertak en n 17.07.2025 with the help ol the District Task Force. That the complete demolition could not be carried out due to absence < f the owner at the property. In order to avoid law and order issue:., the remaining demolition was delemed and it will be done at he earliest in accordance with the speaking order.

4. ln the above circumstances, the writ petition s disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to implement the order drLr :d 2l .06.2025 l W.P. No.l356 of 2026 Date 19.01 .2026 passed by respondent No.3 to remove the unauthorized construction made in the stilt floor of Sai Murali Residency, Karimnagar, if necessary by taking assistance of the concemed Police Station, within a period ol four (4) weeks from the date o[ receipt ofa copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. SD/.
