The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the year 2O2O, the respondent Nos.4 and 6, have resumed land to an extent of Ac.2.00 from the land of the petitioners, on the pretext of constructing Rythu Vedika and Prakrthi varrarn without issuing aly notice or u'ithout following due process of law under Land Acquisition Act Questioning the said action, petitioners hled suit in O.S.No.l74 of 2O2O before respondent No.3 and after hearing both sides, the 3.d respondent granted temporary injunction in favour of petitioners vide orders dated 29.7.2020 passed in I.A.No.164 of 2O2O rn O.S.No. 174 of 2O2O.

A counter affrdavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos- 1 to 3, in which, it is stated that respondent No.3 granted ad interim injunction ln favour of petitioners vide order dated 29.7 .2020 in I.A.No.L64 of 2O2O in O.S.No. 174 of 2O2O and the order copy is available in the case f1le, but the petitioners have not filed the process fee i.e. slrmmons and R.P., and that the parties have not approached the Court for further steps, however, approached this 3 Court on the zrssu tt ption that respondent No'3 passed vircitte order dated 8.8.2020. t'lLt r' s per the court record, no such ordcr is passed' 4 .
