2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing' learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to Ietter dated 10.03.2025 addressed to Registrar Judicial which is subsequent to the filing of this Election Petition' In the said letter, it is stated that the petitioner herein earlier has liled I 2 E.P.No.1 of 20 1O challenging the election of respondent No.1 and this Court has allowed the said E.P. and declared the respondent No.1 as not a citizen of India. Thereafter, respondent No.l has frled an appeal before the Hon,ble Supreme CourL in C.A.No.843 1-8432 of 2O13 and the Hon,ble Supreme Court has i disposed of the appeal by an order dated 11.0g.2016 directing the centra-l Government to decide the show cause notice issued to the appellant as to why action under Sections 10 and 17 of the Citizenship Act, 1955 should not be initiated. against respondent No.1 herein. In the said orcier, it was further observed that High Court shall decide the election petition after Government of India renders its decision in the matter.

On perusal of records, it can be seen that in compliance of the orders of the Honble Supreme Court, the Central Government passed an order on 20.ll.2}lg as under: "AND NOW THEREFORE, tLe Competent Authoity in exercise of pou_.er uested_ in him und.er Section lO of the QitiVenship Act, 19SS d.ecides that Dr.Ramesh Chennamaneni ceases to be citi-z.en of India.,

4. Thereafter, aggrieved over the said ciecision, respondent No. I has fiied W.P.No.2585O of 2Ol9 and the s€une was dismissed on 09 .12.2024 . Learned senior counsel for the \ t. J petitioner would submit that since the respondent being declared as non-citizen of tndia and in view of orders passed by the Honble Supreme Court and Central Government dated 20.ll.2[lg and also the term of elections for the year 2018-19 has completed, no further orders a-re required to be passed in ' this Petition
